Actually, angga’s mushroom burger is not so special in taste. But his burger is the only competitor of Kebab corner near biology department. May be this is why his burger special for me. Angga subtitute the burger meat with fried mushroom. He also sell it at a cheap price, only Rp 5000/burger.
I must appreciate his creativity, because none of other students that try his entrepreneur move. But just for an analysis, i think with some tricks i can make this product more special. This product can be sold in more wide range market, but the packaging must be improved. I think making a branding is a good way to start. Beside of that, i have an idea to make the composition of meat-like mushroom to be improved so it can be kept in fridge for a longer time.
